This agreement is concluded electronically between the customer (“Buyer”) purchasing services via uzman.net.tr and Uzman Technologies (“Seller”).
This policy regulates the refund, cancellation, and exchange conditions for digital services such as e-commerce packages, hosting, and software.
All services are considered digital products.
Services are activated electronically after payment.
Once activated, the service is deemed as used.
In accordance with applicable consumer laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Instantly delivered digital services
Activated or used services
Services customized for the Buyer
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
The service has not yet been activated
The service cannot be delivered due to technical issues
Incorrect billing caused by system errors
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:
Activated and used services
User-related issues or misconfiguration
Abuse or violation of system rules
The Buyer may upgrade their service during the active period
Price differences apply for upgrades
Downgrades do not qualify for refunds
Approved refunds:
Are processed using the original payment method
May take 3–10 business days depending on banking procedures
The Buyer is responsible for using the service legally and properly.
The Seller provides technical infrastructure but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
This policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved by competent courts and consumer arbitration boards.
By purchasing the service, the Buyer accepts all terms of this policy.
